The cold is coming and so are the team at Bib & Tucker with the 2018 Winter Series!
Our head chef Scott Bridger is back again with six dining events this year, showcasing different and unique tasting menus of Bib & Tucker’s favourite produce and passions
Over the course of winter, each event will have its own unique theme, taking guests on a culinary journey where they will learn about the produce put before them. Each dish will also be matched with wine from different areas of WA to compliment the local produce.
The series begins on May 15th with Fire & Smoke and concludes on September 11th with the Vegan Degustation & Natural Wine.
