On Wednesday the 31st of January, Bib’s very own executive chef Scott Bridger is teaming up with Fervor founder and winner of the prestigious WA Good Food Guide Industry Leader award, Paul Iskov, to put on a memorable degustation feast made up entirely of ingredients harvested from our local surroundings, reflecting the seasonal concept behind Stone & Wood’s Limited release “The Gatherer”.
