Our popular Winter Series returns for 2019!

Following a sell-out 2018 series, the dynamic dining duo, executive chef Scott Bridger and co-owner Eamon Sullivan are excited to announce this year’s events, with three intimate nights scheduled, each encapsulating the team at Bib & Tucker’s passion for local and sustainable produce.

Fire & Smoke turns up the heat on Tuesday 28th May with an expertly pieced together menu using only a wood-fired oven and charcoal pit. Guests will indulge in mouth-watering meats smoked to perfection, optionally paired with perfectly matched optional wines for each course.
