The new menu captures the essence of summer with Executive Chef Scott Bridger focusing on delicious, fresh and locally caught seafood paired with locally grown vegetables, roots and other proteins.

The lemon myrtle prawns are already a crowd favourite and are available on the lunch and dinner menu. If you want to try and replicate them at home check out the Eastern Reporter where Scott shares his recipe for the home cooks!
